Driving change in rural India through education, skill development, and sustainable job creation.

Our Story
In 1994, our founder, Dr. Rajanish, started a factory specializing in cast iron and malleable iron products, expanding its reach across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. However, after working for years, he noticed a pressing need in the rural areas around his hometown: a lack of education and employment opportunities, alongside a shortage of skilled workers. Committed to making a meaningful impact, he began working on rural development and skill-building programs in nearby areas, laying the groundwork for Katyayni Shikshan Sansthan, which he formally founded in 2003 to build a brighter future for the local community.
He began with a low-cost CBSE school in a remote area, offering quality education to children who otherwise couldn’t afford it. The school soon became a success and, now with a legacy of over 21 years, continues to carry forward his vision. Offering boarding facilities and an expansive infrastructure, it has helped countless individuals and children from across the country better themselves and embrace new opportunities. This initiative also paved the way for larger programs focused on rural development, employment generation, water conservation, and societal upliftment in Rewa and surrounding regions. Today, Katyayni Shikshan Sansthan remains dedicated to Dr. Rajanish’s vision, empowering rural communities and fostering enduring change.
